FAQ & Booking Policy

Booking policy is as Follows : If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full price of the service. For cancellations made during the week of a scheduled hold, you will be responsible for 50% of the service fee. As freelance artists, we prioritize clients on a first-come, first-served basis and value that commitment. Our time is reserved exclusively for you, and when we block off our schedule for holds, it prevents other clients from booking that time. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.

Payment policy is as Follows:

Payment for makeup services is due upon completion of the job. As a freelance artist, we prioritize our clients and take pride in being punctual and delivering quality work. If payment is not made within 24 hours, a 20% late fee will be applied for each additional day the payment remains outstanding. By booking Felicia LaTour, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
